Vicci Pickering established Ocean Breeze HR in 2022, bringing over a decade of exceptional experience across diverse commercial and heavily regulated sectors, both in the UK and internationally. As a qualified Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Vicci is dedicated to driving positive change and fostering growth for small to medium-sized businesses both remotely and in-person in Dorset, Poole, and the South Coast and further afield. The business has been created to provide tailored and simplified HR advice with a friendly and personal touch.
