Vicci Pickering established Ocean Breeze HR in 2022, bringing over a decade of exceptional experience across diverse commercial and heavily regulated sectors, both in the UK and internationally. As a qualified Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Vicci is dedicated to driving positive change and fostering growth for SMEs. The business has been created to provide tailored and simplified HR advice with a friendly and personal touch.
